muy amable el personal, la persona de la recepción nos ayudó en todo y con la mejor disposición. el desayuno a la habitación estuvo muy rico y con una vista increíble
pensé que era más privada la habitación, no se ve en las fotos que tiene un paso de los turistas al frente ( no todas las habitaciones, solo la nuestra)

Muy mala experiencia
La persona encargada de las maletas llamado Costas fue muy amable y servicial. La suite era linda, amplia y con una vista hermosa
Para ser una "luxury suite" como la llaman, no tenía buen servicio y atención al cliente. la habitación no fue limpiada al segundo día ni cambiaron toallas. Al despertar pudimos notar que las sabanas no estaban limpias (tenían manchas). No había reacondicionador y cuando lo solicitamos insistieron que si había (!!) vinieron a verificar y al ver que no había, trajeron en una bolsa de plástico azul varios frascos y la amontonaron de esa manera en el baño. la suite tenia una cocina hermosa pero no estaba implementada, así que por gusto existía. No habían cubiertos, sacacorchos, platos, o utensilios de cocina si querías usarla. El bar vacío, hasta en hoteles 3 estrellas te ponen productos que puedes consumir y pagar en el check out. Pedimos en el check in un mapa para ubicar el hotel, (la recepción del hotel es una oficina aparte) no nos lo dieron, nos dijeron usen google maps, por supuesto nos perdimos con tanta callecitas chiquitas. En conclusión, mala administración, poca disposición para dar buen servicio. lamentable para una propiedad así que además el precio no justifica porque malogra toda la experiencia.

The location of the hotel is great. View from the room spectacular. Breakfast as well as dinner were delicious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room and facilities were clean.
